The Company is backed by its three Founder Directors Mr. German Nuñez (Manager-Director) 17 experience years in organizing special incentive circuits, land tours for big cruise ships and treks in the Peruvian Cordilleras.

Mr.Edwin Ridoutt (General-Manager) is a well experienced Tour Operations Manager and was an International trek leader for more than 20 years (India, Nepal, Europe) and in Peru the Inca Trail, the high Cordilleras Blanca and Huayhuash in Huaraz , speaks English, French, German as mother language and has a good command of Italian, Silvia Zippelius (Marketing-Director) an Austrian resident in Peru with more than 11 years of experience in Peruvian Tourism (Marketing, Tour Operations, Sales & Tour Leader), speaks fluent English and Spanish, good command of French and has travelled taking Austrian and German groups along Peru and Bolivia.
