Qoyllur Tours asks for 50% of the total price as a down payment to start making reservations.
You may pay the remainder one month before your trip or upon your arrival to Lima.

DELIVERY OF THE VOUCHERS AND CONTACT IN LIMA
A member of Qoyllur Tours will arrange a meeting with you at your hotel in Lima or at our office in the Miraflores district (the day of your arrival, the next day or at the time of your choice). You will then receive your vouchers and all the information for your trip.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES
The stated rate includes the services that are specifically described and indicated. The rate is per person, based on double occupation, unless indicated otherwise. The rates shown are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

PROGRAMS
The programs are organized very carefully. However, for operational reasons only in some cases it may be necessary to change the order of activities on the itinerary or the specified route. If this situation occurs, which happens on rare occasions, the itinerary can only be taken as a referential guide overall.

AERIAL TRIPS
Time schedules and flight numbers are subject to change up to the date of the flight on the part of the airline. The prices of the flights are subject to availability and can change without notice until they have been issued and include the cost of payment by credit card. Some restrictions may apply, including (but not limited to) the fact that lost tickets are not refundable. Additionally, they are subject to the limitations set forth by the airlines, penalties and/or the specified conditions of the contracted fare.

RESERVATIONS
While written confirmation on the part of the solicitant does not exist and the payment of the agreed amount, on the part of the traveler or whatever other intermediary business is making the purchase, there cannot be considered an effective booking. In addition, in certain special cases one must wait for reconfirmation of the booking on account of normative restrictions of the country or on the conditions of some provider of services, after having made the respective corresponding monetary deposit.

CONTRACTED TOURS
Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Requests for refunds must be sent in writing, including all the pertinent information, in a way which can be seen to immediately.
  • If a cancellation is received up to and including 30 days before the date of arrival in Peru or start of the contracted service, the deposit for the trip may be reimbursed minus the administrative costs.
    This does not apply during the high season: April-August.
  • If a cancellation is received 29-16 days before the date of arrival in Peru or start of the contract, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the agreed price.
  • A refund will not be considered if the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival or start of the contract.
  • If one makes a last minute purchase and later requests a refund, the penalty that is applied is 100% of the agreed price.
  • A passengers' failure to arrive will result in a total loss of the contracted service without any right of refund.
  • Likewise, the cancellation or withdraw from the contracted services during an excursion will not have any right of refund.
  • Some services may be interrupted or can be cancelled because of climatic conditions, Acts of God, disturbances, etc., or others outside of the control of the hotels, airlines, service providers or of Qoyllur Tours or its associates. In this case, no refund will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations not in our control.
LIABILITY
In the organization, arrangement, reservations, and all things related to the solicited tour, Qoyllur Tours acts on behalf, under order and at the request of our clients, organizing in their name means of transportation, lodging and other required tourist services, hence we do not assume liability in the case of accidents, illness, injury, loss, delays or interferences with the tour on account of Acts of God or other events; in addition negligence on part of the companies or persons involved in the services of transport, aerial or terrestrial, lodging or other services which indicated in the program do not operate directly for THE AGENCY, we are equally not liable for, especially with respect to timetables and programs.

IMPORTANT
Our Company is not responsible for illness, physical or mental disabilities, which contracted can put the integrity or health of the passenger or mediator at risk during the development of the contracted tour, or which implicates a disability or limitation for the lending of our tourist services.
Hence, the Company will NOT recognize any claim or refund because of the mentioned issues, including the cases where it is a normal condition and no problem is declared.
We ask that you inform us before contracting our services of the existence of any limitation of this nature, with the end of recommending specific services which take these disabilities into consideration.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR THE INCA TRAIL TREK:
  1. If the invalidation or cancellation of the trek is made 90 days or more in advance of the start of the trek, the penalty will be 30% of its total value.
  2. If the invalidation or cancellation of the trek is made 89 days or more in advance of the start of the trek, the penalty will be 85% of its total value.
  3. If the invalidation or cancellation of the trek is made between 39 days before and the day of the start of the trek, the penalty will be 100%
  4. If during the fulfillment of the trek the hike is abandoned by the decision of the traveler, there will be no right for any claim or refund.
